What is the CQC

The CQC are the independent regulator of health and social care in England. They make sure services are safe, caring, effective, responsive, and well-run.

They monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety. The CQC publishes what they find, including a performance rating to help people choose care.

Springfield CQC Inspection

We were last inspected in January 2016. The report can be found above.

We were rated overall as "good", and were particularly pleased to receive an "outstanding" in the "caring" domain.

The inspection was a very lengthy process, with all staff from the practice, the wider healthcare team, and patients all being interviewed to see how we perform.
