Not all sessions are available online eg. child health clinics, certain nurse appointments. If in doubt, please call us

You can also book an Online Consultation. If you would prefer to fill in a form online for an admin query or to ask for medical advice, please access the patchs webpage. This is for routine queries only. We will usually respond the same working day. If you submit a request after 6pm, you may not receive a reply until the following morning.
IT IS IMPORTANT YOU DO NOT USE THIS FOR URGENT MEDICAL PROBLEMS
as this may result in a delay in you receiving an urgent response and/or medical attention in a timely manner.
For urgent problems you should still ring us or speak to reception.
This service is open during our core hours of 8am until 6.30pm.
