Core Contractual Opening Hours
Our contracted hours are between Monday to Friday 8am-6.30pm
Our consulting times are between these hours.
Please note at certain times, e.g. when GPs are visiting patients at lunch or at the end of the working day, a clinician may not be present in this building.
In any emergency please dial 999 or attend our local Emergency Department.
You can also call 111 for less urgent issues and that is available 24hrs a day 7 days a week.
Telephone hours
Our phone lines are open and manned by practice staff weekdays 8am-6pm. Between 6pm-6:30pm all calls are transferred directly to Local Care Direct who cover for the practice during this time.
The phones are also not manned from 1pm on the 1st Wednesday of every month, for staff training. Calls are transferred directly to Local Care Direct who cover for the practice during this time
Walk-in hours
The reception doors are open weekdays 8am-6pm. If you have a routine query between 6pm-6:30pm you can submit an online query (which may not be assessed until the following working day). If you have an urgent medical problem during this period, you can ring the surgery and you'll be redirected and assessed by Local Care Direct.

Online services will be open 8am-6:30pm weekdays. If you submit a routine query between 6pm-6:30pm, this may not be assessed until the following working day.
When we are closed, you can still access medical services for urgent problems. By ringing 111 you can get medical advice or an appointment with the "out of ours" doctors. For more information, click on the link:
